Christian is involved in various flex projects such as energy storage through batteries, hydrogen, power-to-heat projects and their financial feasibility. He also works on cable pooling and congestion management.

I’ve been involved with wind from a young age: I enjoyed sailing and hope to do more of it in the future. There’s nothing more beautiful than being propelled by the wind. And that’s exactly what we’re doing in the energy transition! But we can’t connect an infinite number of wind turbines to our electricity grid. When there’s no wind, we’ll need to support our electricity network with energy storage systems, among other things. I see this as a big challenge, but also as a great opportunity to make our energy system ‘future-proof’. I want to contribute to that!
