Anja Beld: GreenTrust’s all-rounder<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Project administration and support for energy projects at GreenTrust<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Behind every energy project is more than engineering, development and financing. It also requires a solid administrative foundation. Invoices, contracts, reports and project administration must be correct. At GreenTrust, Anja Beld takes care of this. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a financial project support officer, she is involved in various projects and teams. Her work has broadened over the years. “I run various administrations, support project teams and am a point of inquiry for colleagues. In practice, I am a kind of flying keeper.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

From administration to sparring partner<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Among other things, Anja deals with the administrations of various energy projects. She processes invoices and payments, maintains statements and assists with reports and financial statements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

But her work goes beyond administration. She also helps project managers with practical matters necessary to keep projects running smoothly. “For example, I read along with bids to make sure they fit well with the administrative process. I also set up new projects within our systems and help with things like data rooms, time checks and registrations for green certificates.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She also assists with HR administration and other organizational tasks within the team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The basis of a good project<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

According to Anja, good project support is essential for energy projects. “It gives project leaders peace of mind when the peripheral issues are well taken care of. You don’t build a house without a foundation. That goes well for a while, but as soon as it gets bigger cracks appear.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With more than 20 years of experience in the renewable energy sector – nearly 10 of which were spent at GreenTrust – she also brings a lot of background knowledge. “I have been working in this sector for a long time. This allows me to quickly make connections and think along with colleagues and associates.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

GreenTrust in all facets<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

What makes her work so fun for Anja? The variety and working together. “The versatility, the contact with relations and colleagues and the feeling that my work really makes a difference.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Or as she summarizes it herself, “GreenTrust in all facets. Super fun and interesting.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
