Our Asset Management team takes the management of renewable energy projects off your hands. Apart from day-to-day management, we also coordinate with energy project stakeholders and keep track of financial commitments. From monitoring asset performance and coordinating resolution of deviations, to contract management, to contractual quality assurance of periodic cost statements and reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Technical and operational management<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

It takes a specific mindset and motivation to ensure that an energy park continues to operate safely, efficiently and according to expectations. We not only oversee the coordination of daily operations and the quality of maintenance, but also monitor everything related to the park – from auxiliary systems to issues with the environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is communication broken? Is an installation disabled? Does an asset stand still with a temperature alert in December? Using our integrated SCADA system, we quickly identify these peculiarities and ensure that the right agreements and actions are taken. In doing so, we check whether failures show recurring patterns or indicate deviations in auxiliary systems from their optimal settings. Analyzing such deviations and suggesting improvements is part of our daily work. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Safety and environmental management<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Safety, and maintaining the conditions for Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), are central to our daily work. We coordinate with our safety experts and conduct our own workplace checks during our annual inspections. During these visual inspections, we assess both the safety of the workplace and the quality of maintenance performed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When work is performed with special equipment or in medium voltage, we approve or reject plans and certificates. We also coordinate with affected stakeholders and the environment. We also closely monitor compliance with environmental regulations. In this way, we ensure that the impact on the environment is kept to a minimum. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
