Christine has worked as a communications consultant on the energy transition since 2014 and has been doing so for GreenTrust since 2022. She is in charge of our corporate communications and project communications. For example, she works as communications manager for Zonneweide De Blauwe Poort, Windpark Doetinchem and other development projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I love the mountains. Hiking in the mountains gives me the ultimate feeling of freedom. Life there is simple, the scenery beautiful and every trip is different and adventurous. Every time I learn new things that I can apply in everyday life. A trek through the mountains is both mentally and physically challenging, so you need to be well prepared and have a plan. I like to use mountain metaphors in my work because so much is similar. In the mountains, you have to be flexible and creative because the weather can turn at any time. You must use common sense and work well with others. Sometimes it is draining and exciting, but you have to get over your fear to move forward. All of this can be applied in energy transition communications. After a long day of hiking, nothing is better than setting down your backpack at the mountain hut and enjoying the view with friends over a cold beer or hot apple strudel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
