GreenTrust’s goal is to employ multiple possibilities to meet our energy needs in a green way. We specialize in solar, wind, and storage, and we learn more about new possibilities every day. We achieve our goal by advising policymakers, cooperatives, and businesses in realizing sustainable energy projects in the Netherlands, Ireland, and Croatia. Because we have extensive knowledge of the entire process in-house (from development phase to management), we maintain short lines of communication and can contribute throughout the entire process.

We place great value on the Green Trust culture where knowledge sharing and learning from each other are highly prioritized. We believe that you learn best when there is a professional yet pleasant atmosphere where everyone is valued and the names of children and partners are not a question mark. Our home base in the Netherlands is Oosterbeek, but our projects are located throughout the Netherlands and beyond. We work from home, at the office, and on location, which means all Green Trusters spread like green spots across the Netherlands and beyond.

To keep our team close-knit and engaged, we organize many fun outings such as cooking or sports activities together, we have annual team days, we have lunch together every day, we play plenty of foosball and table tennis matches, and we have employee representation.

We have been working in a hybrid model (home, office, or on location) for several years now and find it important to balance seeing each other enough at the office and having a comfortable workspace at home for concentration.
