Project and
environmental management
From plan to execution: your energy project in development
GreenTrust manages the development of your energy project. That starts with good project organization. Engaging the environment and stakeholders is also key – and especially how you do it. GreenTrust’s consultants help you identify and manage relationships and risks.
Project Management
With well-organized project management, every part of your energy project runs smoothly. From initial plans to delivery, GreenTrust coordinates progress, manages risk and ensures deadlines and budgets are met. With an experienced team and a proven approach, we keep a grip on even the most complex projects.
Environmental and stakeholder management
Successful renewable energy projects hinge on good environmental and stakeholder management. At GreenTrust, we ensure good, personal and transparent cooperation with local residents, governments and other stakeholders. We listen to stakeholders’ needs and concerns, anticipate challenges and work together to find solutions. This is how we build support and trust.
Risk management and compliance
Renewable energy projects often present unique challenges. GreenTrust identifies potential risks and develops strategies to minimize them. Through proactive risk management, we ensure the smooth running of your project. And protect your investment from unexpected setbacks. We use the compliance matrix or create obstacle and opportunity maps based on GIS analysis, spatial policies and technical capabilities, requirements of financiers and investors and form a reliable basis for your business case.
Legal support
Capturing land positions is an essential step in the development of energy projects. We guide negotiations and ensure clear, legally tenable and fundable agreements with landowners. We then manage the process from the option agreement to detailed drawings and the establishment of the necessary property rights, such as easements and building rights.
We also assist in the management of contracts, agreements and other business obligations. Examples include shareholder agreements, articles of incorporation, shareholder resolutions, antecedent agreements and partnership agreements. This way you can be assured that everything is legally sound.

Projects
We Aim for Impact. This makes all the difference.
Cooperative wind park A2 Lage Rooijen
Since 2017, Cooperation Bommelerwaar and GreenTrust have been working on a cooperative wind park at Lage Rooijen, directly east of the A2 motorway. In January 2026, the three turbines will be officially completed. With the three wind turbines, the park will then generate enough local green energy for about 10,000 households. And is thus booster of a sustainable municipality of Maasdriel.
Zonneweide The Blue Gate
Sun, water and nature characterize Solar Meadow The Blue Gate in the municipality of Laarbeek. Built in 2022, the solar meadow, with 9.5MW, generates enough green energy for about 3,000 households.
Solar park Larendeel
A group of Druten entrepreneurs has teamed up with GreenTrust to initiate Solar Park Larendeel. This plan provides for a solar park that can provide 37 GWh of sustainable electricity annually. Enough for over 12,000 households in the land of Maas and Waal.
VE Lički Medvjed
In the mountains of Otočac, Croatia, GreenTrust wants to develop the largest wind farm in Croatia. In a nature-inclusive and social way, so that nature and the environment benefit. In addition to feasibility, development and technical design, communication is key here.
Wind park Hartelkanaal
From 2009 to 2015, wind park Hartelkanaal was redeveloped and built on behalf of Investment Engineering Projects. The wind farm has eight wind turbines with a combined capacity of 24 MW. Special challenge: the limited location.
Cooperative wind park Spinderwind
Members of 11 energy cooperatives in the municipality of Tilburg and region of Hart van Brabant took the initiative for a wind park in Tilburg in 2018. This together with Energiefonds Brabant. As of April 2020, the wind farm's four wind turbines provide enough renewable electricity for 7,500 households.
Wind park Egchelse Heide
Wind park Egchelse Heide consists of five wind turbines in the municipality of Peel and Maas. The project was realized in cooperation with the local energy cooperative Peel Energie. GreenTrust participates in this project, supported its development and provides operational management.
