Management, Supervision
and Project Directorship
Together we bring your energy project to life
Of course, you want to complete your project on time and within budget. Additionally, quality must be guaranteed. That’s why GreenTrust ensures efficient management and comprehensive guidance for your project’s development.
Project Management
Project management in the development phase begins with a well-thought-out yet feasible plan, where we take into account the interests and dependencies of all involved parties from the very beginning. Our project managers ensure structure, progress, and overview, from the initial feasibility studies to obtaining permits. They monitor budgets, coordinate advisors and stakeholders, and adjust where necessary. Always with the goal of driving your project to completion with minimal risks and maximum efficiency.
Process Guidance
In the development phase, the focus is on effectively organizing processes and streamlining decision-making. We ensure clear communication between landowners, municipalities, grid operators, and other stakeholders. We closely monitor the progress of studies and procedures and intervene promptly if something threatens to stagnate. This way, we keep the development process manageable and prevent unnecessary delays or costs.
Contract Management
Clear agreements at an early stage are crucial to prevent surprises later on. Our contract managers draft or review cooperation agreements, letters of intent, and land contracts. They ensure that agreements with, for example, landowners, advisors, and grid operators are properly documented, and that changes are carefully implemented. This way, we create a solid foundation for the subsequent phases of the project.
Project Direction
Both in the development, construction, and asset management phases, GreenTrust can also provide the directorship of the project company (project-BV) on behalf of the shareholders.

Projects
We aim for impact. This makes the difference.
Solar park Zonnewilg
Together with the nine wind turbines of Wind park Den Tol, solar park de Zonnewilg forms an energy landscape along the German border near Netterden. The solar park has a total installed capacity of about 16 MW. Since the spring of 2025, the solar park has been supplying energy.
Wind park Cahermurphy
It often blows hard in Cahermurphy, Ireland. A great place, then, for a wind park. There are now three Enercon E92 wind turbines and a fourth turbine will be added in 2025. Among other things, GreenTrust is providing the technical design, construction and management here.
Cooperative wind park A2 Lage Rooijen
Since 2017, Cooperation Bommelerwaar and GreenTrust have been working on a cooperative wind park at Lage Rooijen, directly east of the A2 motorway. In January 2026, the three turbines will be officially completed. With the three wind turbines, the park will then generate enough local green energy for about 10,000 households. And is thus booster of a sustainable municipality of Maasdriel.
Wind park North Beveland
The five Nordex N90 wind turbines at the former Jacoba Rippolder wind park were replaced by four Nordex N117 wind turbines in 2021. Each turbine has a capacity of 3.6 MW. Together, they form the new wind park North Beveland.
Wind park Kroningswind
Kroningswind is an initiative of eleven farming families on the island of Goeree-Overflakkee in South Holland. 19 wind turbines have been built with a combined capacity between 70-80MW.
Wind park Oostflakkee
Wind park Oostflakkee is an initiative of five local farmers and project developer Renewable Energy Factory. Kallista Energy purchased the wind park. With this, this French independent energy producer took its first step across the border. Wind park Oostflakkee consists of eight wind turbines (E126-EP3), which, with a capacity of 32 MW per year, provide enough green power for more than 30,000 households.
Windmill the North
Windmill De Noord is part of wind park Zonzeel along the A16 motorway. A unique project, as De Noord supplies electricity directly to the village of Terheijden. Through the Traais Energie Collectief, the residents of this village want to fully meet their own energy needs with locally generated sustainable energy.
Wind park Zeewolde
Since 2020, the 220 wind turbines of wind park Zeewolde have been replaced step by step with 83 larger, more modern wind turbines. This allows most of the turbines to continue operating as usual during construction. The wind park provides green power for some 280,000 households in southern Flevoland. All old wind turbines are expected to be demolished by the end of 2026.
Wind park Eemshaven ZO
The construction of wind park Eemshaven Southeast was a unique project. For the first time in the world, wind turbines were erected in their entirety with a self-climbing crane!
Wind park Delta North
Delta Noord consists of one Vestas V117 turbine that has been increased from 3.3 MW to 3.5 MW. The turbine is located in the north of the Netherlands, in between other wind farms. After construction, GreenTrust took over management.
Wind park Hartelkanaal
From 2009 to 2015, wind park Hartelkanaal was redeveloped and built on behalf of Investment Engineering Projects. The wind farm has eight wind turbines with a combined capacity of 24 MW. Special challenge: the limited location.
Wind park Krammer
Wind park Krammer is the largest citizens' initiative in the Netherlands. on and around the Krammer locks, the nearly 5,000 members of cooperatives Zeeuwind and Deltawind have developed a wind park with 34 wind turbines. The wind park has an installed capacity of 102 MW, providing enough power for over 100,000 households. The power is purchased directly by Nouryon, DSM, Google and Philips.
Wind park Westerse Polder
After 20 years, the current wind park Westerse Polder was in need of replacement. The seven wind turbines of the existing wind park were replaced by five Enercon E-126 EP3 wind turbines. Commissioned by Investment Engineering Projects, GreenTrust handled the development, tendering and construction.
Wind park Hellegatsplein
Atop the Delta Works stands wind park Hellegatsplein. The four wind turbines have a combined installed capacity of 12 MW since 2015. Enough to provide 16,500 households in the Netherlands with sustainable electricity each year. Wind park Hellegatsplein was developed on behalf of Qurrent.
Wind park Roosendaalsche Vliet
Wind park Roosendaalsche Vliet is an initiative of 20 farmers in the Roosendaal region. Together they invested in the construction of a wind park along the A17 motorway. Since 2016, the wind farm has been in operation and the three Vestas V90 wind turbines have a combined installed capacity of 9 MW.
Cooperative wind park Spinderwind
Members of 11 energy cooperatives in the municipality of Tilburg and region of Hart van Brabant took the initiative for a wind park in Tilburg in 2018. This together with Energiefonds Brabant. As of April 2020, the wind farm's four wind turbines provide enough renewable electricity for 7,500 households.
Zonneweide The Blue Gate
Sun, water and nature characterize Solar Meadow The Blue Gate in the municipality of Laarbeek. Built in 2022, the solar meadow, with 9.5MW, generates enough green energy for about 3,000 households.
Wind park Nijmegen-Betuwe
In a record time of less than four years, residents of Nijmegen and the surrounding area realized Wind park Nijmegen-Betuwe. The wind park, with four wind turbines, has been providing renewable energy for over 7,000 households per year since the end of 2016. Wind park Nijmegen-Betuwe is located on Nijmegen territory, along the A15 highway.
Wind park Den Tol
East of Netterden, close to the German border, lies wind park Den Tol. An initiative of six agricultural families, who eventually managed to realize nine wind turbines here. The wind farm has been in full operation since 2022. The arrival of a solar park will create an energy landscape here in the future.
Energy Park Koningspleij
Energiepark Koningspleij near Arnhem consists of three wind turbines and a solar meadow. Among other things, the park provides energy for public buildings and street lighting in 18 municipalities in the Arnhem-Nijmegen region.
Egchel Heath Wind Farm
Wind park Egchelse Heide consists of five wind turbines in the municipality of Peel and Maas. The project was realized in cooperation with the local energy cooperative Peel Energie. GreenTrust participates in this project, supported its development and provides operational management.
