Our colleagues make GreenTrust. They are the energy of our company. One of the most important things that binds us is our drive to contribute to the energy transition and we do this best together as a team.

GreenTrust’s goal is to use multiple options to meet our energy needs in a green way. We specialize in solar, wind and storage and learn more about new opportunities every day. We achieve our goal by advising policy makers, cooperatives and the business community in realizing renewable energy projects in the Netherlands, Ireland and Croatia. Because we carry great knowledge from start to finish (from the development phase to management), we have short lines of communication and can think along throughout the process.

We value the GreenTrust culture where sharing knowledge and learning from each other is paramount. We believe that you learn best when there is a professional but pleasant atmosphere where everyone is valued and the names of children and partners are not a question mark. Our home base in the Netherlands is Oosterbeek, but our projects are located throughout the Netherlands and abroad. We work both at home, in the office and on location which makes all GreenTrusters spread like green spots all over the Netherlands and beyond.

To keep our team close and involved, we organize lots of fun outings such as cooking or playing sports together, we have annual team days, we have lunch together every day, there are quite a few games of foosball and table tennis, and there is a staff representation committee.

Not only being in the office is important but also your personal life and your workplace at home. We have been working hybrid (at home, in the office or on location) for a number of years now and feel it is important to have a balance between seeing each other enough in the office and having a nice workspace at home to concentrate comfortably.

Internships

GreenTrust is always looking for young talent, so we have created an internship list of possible internship topics for inspiration. Of course, there are opportunities to propose your own research topic. We do not take on more than two interns per six months because we strive to provide good personal guidance.
