As a wind specialist, she has years of experience in yield calculations, wind reports, noise and shadow flicker assessments and data analysis. Romana’s focus lies in operational support and optimisation, particularly in the areas of curtailment analysis and auxiliary systems, and complaint resolution. She also manages wind measurement campaigns, ensuring high-quality data for long-term performance insights.

Happiness is found in the little things—a smile from someone passing by, a flower my daughter picks on the way home, my son scoring a goal, having coffee with friends, or the first snowfall. These moments bring me joy. You have to take the time to notice and appreciate them. Next time it snows, put on a dark jacket and let the snow fall on your sleeve. If you look closely, you’ll see that every snowflake is unique. Fresh snow, untouched and glowing in the winter light, reminds me how calm and clarity create space for a new perspective.  Whether in nature or data, I look for transparency, patterns, connections, and deeper meanings, and that’s what drives my work at GreenTrust.
