Anik Damayanti
Team management
Anik is part of the Asset Management team as a Technical Administrative Assistant. She participates in monitoring wind and solar farms.
What began as a therapeutic activity while caring for my infant son grew into an out-of-control hobby. I now bake cakes shaped from transformers to Lego blocks to unicorns. For me, baking is a time for relaxation. I only have to focus on kneading the dough and decorating with fondant, wonderful! It really calms me down. I get my inspiration from Pinterest and YouTube, although I always add my own creative touch to my cakes. When I receive nice pictures and reactions after an order, then my mission is accomplished. I also feel this passion for making people happy in my work, where I enjoy helping others. Whether solving problems or providing a listening ear, happy faces are my motivation.
Expertise: Process-oriented with a systematic approach to work. Responsible and always makes room for support and collaboration with the team. Strong commitment to efficiency and quality and ensures that every step is thoughtfully and effectively executed. Anik is also the point of contact for many constructors.
