Looking back at 2025 and ambitions for 2026
2025 brought a lot of movement in our sector. The art lies in continuously creating a careful composition of new directions, great collaborations and agility. We have sketched new paths – sometimes with a steady hand, sometimes still searching, but always moving forward. Thanks to you, and together with you, we took steps that contributed to a reliable and sustainable energy supply for everyone.
Looking back at 2025
Despite strong headwinds for wind and solar energy, we reached valuable milestones. We brought new projects closer to permitting and financing—and built a complete Wind Park. A remarkable achievement in these times.
Our Asset Managers ensured safe, stable, and well-performing parks. We tackled grid congestion, worked together with energy cooperatives and strengthened local engagement. Thanks to your trust, we can continue building projects that drive the energy transition forward.
Looking ahead to 2026
In 2026, we will continue to seek connection. We bring people and parties together, share knowledge and create room for smart, social, and technical innovations. Especially now, we can make good use of the power of imagination: to see possibilities where things seem stuck, and to shape the energy transition together. With the right brushstrokes, we are working towards an energy system that is clean, sustainable and future proof.

Art as a symbol of connection
To mark the end of the year, we commissioned artist Bob Mollema to create a work of art that depicts the power of collaboration. At first glance, the figures in the work seem to be looking away from each other – a reference to diverging interests and polarisation in the sector and society. But if you look closer, you see how they support each other, create space together and open up perspectives for new possibilities. A daily reminder that real progress happens when people work together to set things in motion.
We wish you an energetic 2026!
