Wind Park Hazeldonk
The three wind turbines of Wind Park Hazeldonk have been operating since 2015 along the A16 near Breda. A project that seemed impossible at first glance became a success story through the collaboration of Izzy Projects and GreenTrust. As co-owner, Green Trust was involved in the following aspects:

Wind Park Hazeldonk: Toasting in Ireland
GreenTrust and Izzy Projects jointly submitted a bid for this project’s tender with the municipality of Breda at the very last moment. While Pim de Ridder from Izzy Projects and “our” Klaas were coincidentally working together on another project in Ireland a few weeks later, they received the liberating phone call that they had actually won the bid. After toasting with good Irish whiskey, the preparation could begin.
A seemingly impossible project came our way and through close cooperation with Izzy Projects became a success after all. In a very short time, the permit was modified, a bond loan was raised from the market, financing was arranged, and it was built. In May 2014 we knew we could do this project, and by the end of that year we had the permits and financing in place.
