Furthermore, Green Trust does not record criminal data, which is data related to criminal convictions and criminal offenses and security measures associated with them.

The provision of personal data occurs based on legitimate interest, legal obligation, and/or to execute the agreement in accordance with the purposes mentioned under “Why Do We Collect Your Personal Data?”
Your personal data is only processed within the European Economic Area (EEA).
Green Trust ensures security through appropriate technical and organizational measures for the data you provide, taking into account the state of technology, implementation costs, as well as the nature, scope, context, and processing purposes and the varying risks to the rights and freedoms of individuals in terms of likelihood and severity.
GreenTrust may transfer personal data obtained from its business relations if this is necessary to achieve the objectives for the benefit of the business relationship. This data may be transferred to other Green Trust business partners who provide services on behalf of or in collaboration with it, and in all other cases where Green Trust may be required to do so, for example by court order or judicial verdict.

If Green Trust as a data controller uses processors, Green Trust will establish a processing agreement with this party prior to processing. At minimum, the same or stricter security measures will apply as if this data were processed within Green Trust.
