Wind turbines wind park A2 Lage Rooijen officially taken over
The third and last wind turbine of wind park A2 Lage Rooijen has been taken over! With this, all three turbines of the wind park are now officially owned by Coöperatie Bommelerwaar, Coöperatie Deltawind and GreenTrust Projects.
Taking over a wind turbine is very similar to the completion of a new house. Before you sign, everything in the house is checked, recorded and coordinated so that you know what you will be living in. When the house is officially delivered, you are the owner and therefore the risks are yours. At the wind park, contractor Nordex officially handed over the wind park to the Cooperatives and GreenTrust.
“We are proud of the team at Lage Rooijen. Thanks to their hard work, we managed to complete this project carefully and successfully,” said Stan Reinders, construction project manager. Nothing will change for the surrounding area. The wind turbines will continue to run and will generate energy for about 10,000 households. With this step, wind park A2 Lage Rooijen is complete and the focus is on producing sustainable kilowatt hours.
