Burgerwindpark A2 Lage Rooijen
Sinds 2017 werken Coöperatie Bommelerwaar en GreenTrust aan een burgerwindpark op Lage Rooijen, direct ten oosten van de A2. In januari 2026 zijn de drie turbines officieel opgeleverd. Met de drie windturbines wekt het park dan voldoende lokale groene energie op voor zo’n 10.000 huishoudens. En is zo aanjager van een duurzame gemeente Maasdriel.

In de bergen van het Kroatische Otočac wil GreenTrust het grootste windpark in Kroatië ontwikkelen. Op een natuurinclusieve en sociale manier, zodat de natuur en de omgeving meeprofiteren. Naast haalbaarheid, ontwikkeling en technisch ontwerp is communicatie hier van groot belang.
