Tijmen Keesmaat

Tijmen is one of the three founding fathers of GreenTrust. Together with Jeroen, he is director of the GreenTrust Group holding company. He is an experienced project developer and project director of, among others, Wind Farm A2 Lage Rooijen and Solar Field De Blauwe Poort. From 2013 to 2021, he was director of the Netherlands’ largest citizen initiative: Windpark Krammer.

Those who know me know that I like to be on stage. Not always in the spotlight, but rather steering from behind the scenes. As a bass guitarist, I fulfill that role too. The bass may not be the most noticeable instrument, but when it’s missing, you notice it immediately. That position suits me in my work as well. What I love about music is that it gets better together. In a band, you need to be perfectly in tune with each other. Great performances emerge through good teamwork. At GreenTrust, we focus on teamwork and collaboration to achieve the best results. And what’s really fantastic: we have our own company band with colleagues, The Big Announcement. It reflects the fun and team spirit in our company.
