Our Asset Management team takes the management of renewable energy projects off your hands. Beyond daily management, we also coordinate with stakeholders of an energy project and track financial obligations. From monitoring asset performance and coordinating the resolution of deviations, to contract management, to contractual quality assurance of periodic cost overviews and reports.

Technical and operational management

It requires a specific mentality and motivation to ensure that an energy park continues to function safely, efficiently and according to expectations. We do not only oversee the coordination of daily operations and the quality of maintenance, but also monitor everything related to the park – from auxiliary systems to environmental issues.

Has communication been lost? Is an installation shut down? Is an asset down with a temperature alarm in December? Using our integrated SCADA system, we quickly identify these issues and ensure that the right agreements and actions are taken. We also check whether malfunctions show recurring patterns or indicate deviations in auxiliary systems from their optimal settings. Analyzing these types of deviations and proposing improvements is part of our daily work.

Safety and environmental management

Safety, and maintaining Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) conditions, are central to our daily work. We coordinate with our safety experts and conduct workplace inspections ourselves during our annual inspections. During these visual inspections, we assess both workplace safety and the quality of maintenance performed.

When work is carried out with special equipment or in medium voltage, we approve or reject plans and certificates. We also coordinate with involved stakeholders and the environment. We also closely monitor compliance with environmental regulations. This way we ensure that the impact on the environment is kept to a minimum.
